When you carry a brand like Needles, there’s always something to look forward to because their collections are full of fresh new styles and classic pieces updated in different colours or interesting fabrics. This is definitely the case with the most recent delivery we’ve received, which includes new outerwear, knitwear, pants and accessories. Although it might seem slightly early to consider winter jacket options ahead of any snow or really cold temperatures, the Hooded Sur coat in crystal papillon jacquard is not a piece you will want to sleep on. It is an oversized down-filled jacket that’s perfect for layering, and the wind resistant polyester fabric with a discrete all-over papillon pattern is truly impressive. It also features a packable hood, contrasting purple lining, hand warmer pockets and a two way zip. Moving on, of course we had to bring back the classic smooth poly track jacket and pants, this time in black. The track suits are so great because of the endless styling options they present — wear them together with some sneakers for the ultimate 90s sportswear drip, or break them up and wear the jacket with fatigues, the pants with a flannel and docs, etc. Furthermore, we received the  H.D. jean pants in a rich brown corduroy. It seems like nowadays your pants can’t be too baggy, which makes sense why we’re into this style so much. They’re not cut straight, or even full… these pants are wide! The darted waist and hem creates a truly unique silhouette and we love them in this seasonal fabric which is a different take than the classic fatigue or BDU style they’re most often seen in (we’ll be receiving those in the next delivery). In the knitwear department, we received the longsleeve reversible tee which has a purple side with a white papillon print, and a plain white side as well. Additionally, we received a pocket tee cut from an olive green plush poly fleece, which is just about the coziest t-shirt you will find and a must-have layering piece. Lastly, we received the fitted baseball cap in navy with red jacquard pattern. With all that said, we’re confident there’s something for everyone in this drop.
