ALL PRICES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS. Shipping rates are determined by weight/destination. We do not ship to mail forwarding services and we reserve the right to cancel any and all orders that may appear fraudulent. Orders placed within Canada are subject to applicable sales tax. The Foxhole is not responsible for any customs/duties charged by local customs offices. 

Privacy

The Foxhole does not store payment information nor do we share data necessary for fulfilling orders under any circumstances.

Returns

The Foxhole guarantees all products and services we sell. If you are unsatisfied with a product or service we've provided, please do not hesitate to contact us. We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase/ship date.

Send an email to info@thefoxholeshop.com prior to shipping your return. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. We are not responsible for any unauthorized returns or any lost packages. We do not issue refunds, but returns can be made in exchange for other merchandise or store credit. The customer is responsible for providing shipping costs for any returned packages, unless The Foxhole has made an error. All sale items are final sale.

Appointments

We kindly request all clients present themselves 10 minutes early for their appointment(s) in order to keep the schedule punctual. We reserve the right to turn away and/or rebook any clients who are late for their appointment(s).

The Foxhole requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations. Failure to do so will be considered a missed appointment. We reserve the right to charge the customer in full for all services booked during missed appointment(s).
