Sugar Cane
Toyo Enterprise was originally established in 1965, targeting U.S. military personel stationed in Japan by producing military garments. In 1975, Toyo's focus shifted towards the Japanese market as they began producing blue jeans and other workwear under the name Sugar Cane. Sugar Cane is now one of Japan's most well known producers of selvedge denim jeans. Taking their cues from vintage American workwear of the early twentieth century, Sugar Cane offers jeans and other sportswear that is in a league of its own.
